Deck & Fence Powerwash

At ACE House Painting we have found through experience that a systematic process helps us to deliver the quality job you expect.

Outlined below are the steps we will take on your project. Your situation may vary depending upon your needs as outlined on your Proposal.

Prep work is 75% of a job, and unless handled properly, the final coat of paint or stain will inevitably fail sooner than expected.

Step 1: Power Wash
All surfaces are power washed to remove contaminates such as dirt and mildew. TSP (Tri-Sodium Phosphate) is used where necessary.
Step 2: Surface Preparation
After surface has dried, stain is applied evenly and as per the manufacturers recommendation.
Step 3: Clean
Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. All our materials are packed up and stored neatly. All trash is removed at completion of the project.
Step 4: Inspect
After our own inspection, we will perform a joint inspection of our work with you. Upon your satisfaction, final payment is received.
