Exterior Painting

At ACE House Painting we have found through experience that a systematic painting process helps us to deliver the quality job you expect.

Outlined below are the steps we will take on your painting project. Your situation may vary depending upon your needs as outlined on your proposal.

Prep work is 75% of a job, and unless handled properly, the final coat of paint will inevitably fail sooner than expected.

Step 1: Power Wash.
All surfaces are power washed to remove contaminates such as dirt and mildew.
Step 2: Surface Preparation.
Based on your proposal, all loose paint is scraped or ground off. All windows, seams, nail holes, and gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion
Step 3: Primer
Primer is applied to all exposed wood surfaces to ensure paint adhesion and preserve the wood.
Step 4: Paint.
Premium quality Sherwin Williams paint is applied with an airless sprayer which allows us to apply the recommended paint thickness on all surfaces. Where necessary some areas are brushed and/or back-rolled for a smooth uniform finish.
Step 5: Clean.
Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. All our materials are packed up and stored neatly. All trash is removed at completion of the project.
Step 6: Inspect.
After our own inspection, we will perform a joint inspection of our work with you. Upon your satisfaction, final payment is received.
