Interior Painting

At ACE House Painting we have found through experience that a systematic process helps us to deliver the quality job you expect.

 

Outlined below are the steps we will take on your project.  Your situation may vary depending upon your needs as outlined on your Proposal. 

 

Prep work is 75% of a job, and unless handled properly, the final coat of paint will inevitably fail sooner than expected.

 

  • Step 1: Room Measurement
    All rooms are measured to ensure an accurate estimate and quality job.
  • Step 2: Surface & Room Preparation
    Caulk as needed. Grease or ink spots are coated. Furniture, flooring, and fixtures are all covered to protect from paint splatter.
  • Step 3: Primer
    Primer is applied to all exposed wood surfaces to ensure paint adhesion . Step 4: Paint. Premium quality Sherwin Williams paint (unless otherwise specified) is applied on all surfaces. There are a variety of finishes of available such as satin, semi-gloss, and flat.
  • Step 5: Clean
    Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work.  All our materials are packed and stored neatly.  All trash is removed at completion of the project.
  • Step 6: Inspect
    After our own inspection, we will perform a joint inspection of our work with you.  Upon your satisfaction, final payment is received.
